I'm Locked Out! - What Should I Do?
Don't Panic! It sucks but it's something that literally Everyone does it at some point.
Don't try to break in or pick the lock yourself.
You are much more likely to damage the lock than be successful. That will just end up costing you.
What Are My Options?
Look For An Unlocked Window Or Door
Before you start calling for help be sure to check unlocked windows and doors to your home. If there is an unlocked window that is safe to try and shimmy through.
Ask For Help
Call your roommate, partner, or anyone you live with to see if they can come home to let you inside. It may be inconvenient and you will spend some time standing outside but you will save some money. If you rent, reach out to your landlord or manager’s office.
Call A Locksmith
Locksmiths aren’t the cheapest option but trying to break into your home might end up costing you also. Whether you lost your keys or they just aren’t working calling a professional is the surest way to get you back inside.

Consider going keyless
There is a great selection of keyless locks available on the market today. Most will open with your smartphone. Others are available with keypads or your thumbprint. If you need help with installation give us a call and we will get it taken care of.
